06Intellectual property rights

07User content license

By uploading or posting content (including photos, text, and videos) to 67 Video Chatting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.

08Paid subscriptions

Some features of 67 Video Chatting may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or premium feature:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method.
  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled.

09Disclaimer of warranties

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 67 Video Chatting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to 67 Video Chatting in the twelve months preceding the claim.
